I'm glad I expressed those thoughts on my previous entry because now things are slowly looking up and I'm finally finding some sort of inner peace. Especially with the individuals I've been surrounding myself lately, goddamn you guys are gold!

This just in.. (I don't know how many alike conversations like this I've had at work already)
Filipino guy: "Can you give me 30 rooms"
Me: "Haha sorry we don't have that many available tonight"
Filipino guy: "But your manager just told me to come to the front desk, ask a girl named (*looks at my name tag) Denise who has really straight, white teeth and nice eyes for rooms!"
Me: "Haha nice try"
Filipino guy: "What are you.. Japanese... Chinese... Korean...?"
Me: "Nooooope! Filipino."
Filipino guy: "Oh daaang, no wonder why you're so fly!"
Me: "Hahaha not really...."
Filipino guy: "My lines aren't working for you huh."
Me: "Naah, I'm not very flattered"
Filipino guy: "So, if I ask you to come eat sushi with me or go to dinner or something would you go?"
Me: "Haha sorry! No can do. I got me a boyfriend"
Filipino: "Aww, the good and pretty ones are always taken!"
Me: "Hahaha good night!"

The confidence people possess nowadays eh? Hahaha but that made my night cause he was quite a funny one. It's even funnier how I used the "I have a boyfriend" excuse/lie to politely get myself out of those situations time and time again. Haha.
