Proclaim this loud and proud with me: PHEW.

After the late-nights, hermit-dom in my room/library, varying sources of stress levels, too bad I can't literally express my relief through some sort of interpretive dance. That will have to wait until I get home after class at 7, in my room dancing to before-her-prime Britney Spears. Haha I'm kidding! I'll just leave the dancing to my insides.

Okay umm... I don't know if you can call this a reward for those accomplishments mentioned above (I don't) but..
I just got "picked up" (as Mae likes to term it) in the caf =/
I was just minding my own loner business in the corner near an outlet (because Laura is doing last minute group stuff a few tables away) and this black guy makes a path to my direction. At first I thought he was making eye contact with someone else but when he made a gesture to put my purse down from the chair, that was when my reflexes finally decided to connect with my brain that he was approaching me. Haha. Anyways, he claimed that he was staring at me when I was upstairs in the study lounge but was "too shy" to talk to me there. He's apparently from New York for basketball but lived in Richmond for 18 years? Honestly, what was I supposed to do but be polite (to reciprocate his seemingly polite manners)? That definitely caught me off guard!

Anyway, that was the story of the day!
Click on and avert your attention on my 5 course, 4 day 2nd semester schedule as opposed to my 4 course, 2 day this semester. I decided to take 5 courses so I don't have to take any summer semesters in the next 4 years. I am convincing myself that this is a good idea so don't tell me otherwise! Cause least we forget... I head off to school to learn, to think independently, to draw my own conclusions, to develop curiosity and innovative thought-patterns and in the final analysis, to find myself in the world.
